The last couple weeks I have seen much more activity on condos here in Orange Beach & Gulf Shores. There are a lot of owners who are previously listed and expired / cancelled that are looking to get back on the market.

As you can see above the average days days on market is slightly down from this time last year. Average sales price is skewed due the new construction condos that have closed that are well above the median sale price. These units have inflated the average sales price.
